RECORD / PUBLIC EVIDENCE

Proof that does not require our cooperation.

This public commitment anchors a Ravenhelm evidence batch on Base Sepolia. Anyone can inspect the transaction independently.

EXTERNALLY ANCHORED RECORD

A cryptographic commitment is useful because it can be checked without asking its author to remember what happened.

AUDIT STORIES

Dated, receipted accounts of the estate catching itself. A record that only ever shows the wins isn't accountable — it's curated. This is the other kind.

2026-07-26 / GATE ZERO

Every plan that enters Ravenhelm's build queue passes one gate before anyone touches code: name what already exists that does this, or the thing does not get built. We call it Gate Zero, mostly because someone had to call it something.

On 2026-07-26 an architect brought a migration plan to the gate: a rebuilt scheduler, its own autoscaling logic, real design work behind it. The gate asked its one boring question. Does anything already do this.

Something did. A cluster already running in the estate carried the exact autoscaling pattern the plan proposed to rebuild — live, load-bearing, unremarked, already working. Not a prototype. Not adjacent. The same pattern, already in production, already earning its keep.

The plan didn't survive the question. It was demoted on the spot, from architectural proof to routine onboarding — the shelf where "wire this into what we already run" lives. No committee. No appeal. The gate does not negotiate with the person who built it, including when that person also wrote the gate.

We could file this as an incident. We're filing it as the point: a system that can overrule its author when receipts disagree is what accountability means here.
